Why is this going on? I understand Urvashi is her mother..so her willingness to make her proud is fine...but this giving her someone else's credit....and not remembering him once.....is beyond my understanding

One - the show has decided to ice out the main lead (which seems unlikely and more than that inexplicable as there is no story without either part of Runak)

Two- This is intentional emotional distancing and Jhanak’s way of wanting to obliterate Ani’s memories ( in a way that when they actually meet her inability to actually do so is stark) however they have a total novice doing this track who has no understanding of how to achieve this twin aim; the brief would have been no monologues allowed)
