yeh but that is the trick.. aaj arshi ki tariph and ani ko gali from audience as she is sounding so convincing to ppl

tomorrow ani ke liye aansu and arshi ke liye gali... We should be scared for ani. He is a kid when it comes to emotional intelligence. Use kaccha chaba jayegi ye and with the help of his own family! Again waiting to be proven wrong, I hope ani is not that immature and can take a stand for himself. But when it comes to him, he cannot fight. jhanak is the only saviour here

Bold 1- She might not be for you because of the reasons you mentioned below. For me she looks convincing because at the end of the day the root is that she is a victim of her mother's upbringing. She clearly reeks of the effects of toxic parenting- one that is a narcissist. Hence her fear of failure in her career is inculcated in her by her mother because she is not worthy of her otherwise. In one way I feel she fears being alienated from her mother more than her career or Ani or anything else, because that is what victims in such cases do. All of this will actually make her a very interesting Vamp when it happens. I am all in for seeing a new shade in Arshi, though I know tumhe sirf RuNak se matlab hai.

Arshi is written in a peculiar way where her greys will dominate the black.. so a healthy doubt will remain..Which makes her a good vamp

Arshi is convincing because from her angle, she has been questioning Ani for a long time about his intentions about Jhanak. however, in Ani’s defence, if you see Ani’s feelings for Jhanak had a gradual build up. Ani never was looking to form a bond consciously with Jhanak… He kept telling her to concentrate on a good life for the future..in which he did not imagine himself.

Arshi however, had a women’s intuition about it. She was willing to overlook in the past for the reasons already elaborated by you both, but that when Ani was ambivalent. Now she senses a clear change in Ani and thus his performance isn’t able to give her the confidence that it’s like old times.

If we go back to the episodes, his fondness for Jhanak grew very gradually. He was steadfast on one thing about making sure he was responsible for her well being but an intention to break off with Arshi didn’t enter his mind until perhaps the Kashmir track. I am not making excuses for Ani… Ani’s love for Jhanak is a gradual thing and until the end, he always reconciled to a life without her.
The real time Ani became mute was when he performed at the wedding but it was too late.

I would say some level of skilful writing is visible but somehow the screenplay has made it look less convincing but for me I see all the three characters rooted and absolutely right in their own place.

Intelligent vamps are always scary....

Arshi is definitely scary as she is not like her mother who goes for external harm making a fool of herself...She is planning to kill him bit by bit from inside...what makes it more scary is she also knows and understands Ani to recognise his weakness and where to beat as to hurt him the most...

And familiarity that Ani has with him will make much difficult for Ani to accept this side of hers...He will be more in guilt initially...
