Maya, they don't take it serious because bigamy, and these kinda relationships are common In ITV. Last time from channel I got similar kinda reply.

Calling asli wedding as nakli

Accepting Arshi as a wife without a proper marriage

I can’t say whether he is pretending here, or whether he is genuinely impacted by Arshi’s condition and has given himself up, to get her restored!
So he is not even thinking about what he truly wants or what his heart truly wants! The only life goal seems to be to restore Arshi!
And he has said he will not pareshan J, see from far that she is safe n be happy for her!

Girls from guruji and Pallavi scenes, are makers trying to Show that Arshi is not wrong in suspecting Ani and Jhanak, any one will feel insecure if they are in Arshi's situation. And any wife or girl friend reacts the same way how Arshi reacted by shoving Pallavi scenes on our faces.
