The makers deliberately wanted to lower the popularity of Khrusal and Hiba, especially when FL is getting so much love and fame with this show while she was getting sidelined. (Personal grudge maybe)

Agar aisa maybe na ho to ek dm se after fire incident, sara show Arshi focused kasey hogya hn? She's a side character till that with less screen time but ab?
