1. It's joint property and one person cannot get it that easily. The owner of house is Grandpa, how can see get it all
2. Ani is not dependent on family property. He himself is in good position and thus even if the property goes out of his hand, he has his high package job and cannot be poor.
3. Arshi, I think is rich enough to not hadpo his property.

agree and the hope of J moving out of BH and progressing towards her career. Just like me, people were waiting for her to move out of BH and watch her career track. The tricky part is that makers made RuNak and Arshi both out of the frame so not sure what would the makers interpret out from the next trp.
