Ani is just too much immersed in his method acting if he is acting with Jhanak. Even if he is just trying to keep it neutral, his overacting at the police station surely worked against him because what was even that lol.

Jo v ho - today Minu and Jethu really took it on their shoulders to be the no-nonsense guys.

Where I think I differ is the acting part, I think he had an agenda in mind and he was behaving according to that... because his gaze did not soften towards J, he was being unnecessarily harsh towards her... that I find weird .. but why? this was way too much assurance lol, you can still look at her normally, don't have to ghoorofy her, no one was looking at him that time in police station

in front of his family yes, he most possibly acting ... no wonder this is going to cause a rift!

that is the only confusion I have...

That’s what I was able to decipher and by going over other cast members Ivs, it’s clear that everyone including Ani are trying to engage in process to find who was the culprit. Ani didn’t have much time to plan and plot. He did what he could do. I probably don’t need any further explanation but I am hoping at least writer give one solo scene of Anirudh so that his actions towards J can be justified.
