How is it "modern" to normalise cheating, open flirting?

1. When Vanraj was married to Anupama and the truth of his affair with Kavya was revealed and a teenager Pakhi and Leela "schemed" to get their family back that was absolutely alright.

2. Had Anuj had an affair with Shruti while being married to Anupama and Adhya would have called him out would that be correct or Not?
