Why has this character of FartNuj been retained if there's going to be a leap. A totally useless and expendable character who has should have been disposed off. His presence makes the show unbearable.

If there is another leap, it would atleast be 5 years, meaning Anuj-Anupama and Vanraj have "Sathiya gaye" 60 year old?

Vanraj would be living a better life anyway with full control over everyone so his aging is fine. He has lived the life of a king with slaves, wives, DILs, and extended slaves like T2 nd Anuj to serve him always. I am sure in his 60s he would groom himself even more to look like a 40-year-old something, unless T2 really turns out to be a criminal and kicks him out of his Shah bungalow.

Coming to the two losers, I can only say that if even in 60s someone's love problems are not getting solved, it's best they accept that it's not in their destiny or they are too incapable of handling the emotion called love. In that case, a wise person should move on to doing something fruitful in life. Perhaps work towards Mukti or do some social service or shift to the same Vriddha Ashram they once dreamt of constructing. The pathetic lives that they have lived, they would surely not have anyone beside them in their old age. Life shall not go on forever anyway. Kum se kum zindagi ke 60 saal barbaad karne ke baad bache kuche 10-15 saal toh in dono ko tameez se jeene ki koshish karni hi chahiye.

N i guess the only reason for his state will be Anu.

1st reason: Anu won't return back to him.

2nd reason: Adhya will turn her back on his lovesick papa

3rd reason: shruti will ruin him, financially.

4th reason: Upon hearing than Vanraj is going to be a papa again at the tender age of 50++, Anuj will lapse into shock.
