This show is turning me into a violent person ..I feel like slapping half the characters and more importantly the writers for the nonsense they’ve been churning out …how could they have gone so wrong after the wedding track ..either churn out ITV masala..or if you think of yourselves in the league of Satyajit Ray or something, then let your work reflect that thinking ..the shit you’re putting out now is neither in sync with ITV standards nor is it even remotely close to nuanced and layered storytelling ..it is just half baked shit…!

the reason to call out Abhira’s response is simply because it is not happening on the show ..and on SM too ..Armaan is being pilloried and has already accepted that he alone is to blame ..even with regard to Ruhi ..this is in keeping with his nature of taking responsibility for everything that goes wrong ..he actually believes he is some curse or maybe Kaveri’s ganda khoon dialogue has imprinted itself on his psyche to the point where he somewhere thinks that of himself too ..we can’t really say ..but this very nature lies at the core of the entire mess and no one is even trying to help Abhira see this ..that he is not some player like she’d like to believe but a man so steeped in guilt and gratitude that he has no barriers against manipulation or guilt tripping …his father should have been saying all this ..instead he threw his son in jail ..what kind of a vile parent does that make him ..I am not even asking for him to defend Armaan but to at least help Abhira see beyond the obvious ..he is adding to her insecurities and complexes instead of helping her deal with them .. the Abhira who was sensitive enough to recognize how overwhelmed Armaan was when shown some love and who asked him to embrace it as his due ..she was that intuitive ..she even called his parents out for never standing up for their son and protecting him from Kaveri’s vitriol ..the same Abhira today is willing to place complete trust in the words of Kaveri and Ruhi and not even introspecting for a moment on why Armaan did what he did ..whether he is indeed a player capable of toying with multiple women’s feelings ..zero introspection ..Armaan has a lot to repent for ..I don’t question that ..but painting him into some kind of villain is ugly to say the least !
