If you ask for Champion trophy, its up-to ICC to decides india's matches somewhere else or they may ask india to pull themself out.

Better to either shift all the matches or else India should back out(that might be disliked by ICC though)

Lol. No India means dead tournament.

In the meantime BCCI can hold their own 8 team tournament from teams that didnt qualify for CT and that would kill whatever buzz CT was going to get anyways. India, West Indies, Zimbabwe, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, Nepal, USA . India can field a Youngsters team under pandya/gill/iyer/ruturaj to make sure there is not one sided competition.

But SL is not qualified
