Mauli is deep deep in ati mahaan mode and over hopefulness that she doesn't even acknowledge atleast a little bit what Rahul has done for her.She doesn't realize how fortunate she is ki usko aisa life partner mila hai.That comparison with Maanas was totally uncalled for and was a kind of insult to Rahul's desperate attempts and now she will not listen to him anymore.

They were never broad minded in the first place. It was just their hypocrisy, double standards & show off which was clearly exposed by Rahul in the past episodes. Also Rahul DN were never living together in London. Dating yes but there was no live in.
