If the papers were illegal to begin with then the divorce is entirely null and void.. tho koi bhi ruling ka sawaal hi nahi aatha.. but if they conveniently show us that papers were only not signed then they can still show divorce hearing if the globe trotting judge decides to come back from his holiday and say they need to stay together..
