Kudos to both of you, Anusha and Anum, for discussing about "Mental Health", the way it should be! Here's a bear hug from my side for both of you. Sometimes the heart heals with time, other times it teaches you to make peace and live with it
For a long time now, mental health has not been given the importance, it should rightfully get. But der aye , durust aye, people have started to realise, it is no less than physical health, in fact actually more, as it triggers good or bad around physical health
I have had a phase of depression for 4 months, during covid times, with a continent change and a job that sucked. It was a phase where I was so lost and somehow not able to pull myself out of it !
Luckily for me, the situation changed quickly ! It also taught me how incredibly lucky I was to have the husband and the then 7 year old daughter, who were as patient and understanding, as one could be
I am sure every experience in life, teaches you something, and there is always light at the end of the tunnel, we would just have to try our best to hang in there
Yes it does, and the fact I am alive and amongst you despite multiple attempts to end my life over years is a testament to it.
Thank you to everyone who hugged me! It always helps.
I hope everyone who ever experienced it never does so again. Or are able to be strong enough to weather through it.
