For me it was just a performance nothing else. He was dancing like a performance to entertain his guests. I find it pretty normal. He was just dancing thats it nothing much once performance ends he went his separate way. He once again will go behind Parvati. Neeti lustful touch as explained by Tanvi is to check Parvati's reaction if she gets jealous than its proven she is Pari. Its how you see the dance performance i find it normal. But its important to forward the future story from Pari's mindset

If go by the same as Kalash than there is no need to watch PN and everyone can watch Kalash. Both the shows are written by Nagpal but he borrowed the idea of Kalash. This track is actually the main concept of Kalash and here he make it as a track. 'Inspired' they can't be showing the same scene to scene,he will make changes and also Kalash the main focus is Ravi & Devika and here its Rajeev Pari & Neeti. My only problem is post-leap Rajeev is silent in everything its a mystery what is running in his mind i guess slowly it will unfold now. As for the dance its just a performance from Rajeev's side or it could be to test Parvati that we might know in tdys epi but he has nothing for Neeti. As for marriage he might react later
