Anita is Ekta 's bff so favoritism was definitely there but no one can't deny Anita is an excellent actress nd Shagun's wardrobe were too classy nd stylish. Despite Anita being her bff Ekta gave ample ss 2 DivAn nd it also resurrected d careers of Divyanka nd Karan esp Karan who was a hooligan during his earlier stint as ML but during yhm he improved himself completely as Ek gave him this opportunity after d Kasturi fiasco. Divyanka kinda imparted her goodness into Karan nd their contrasting rl offscreen personalities made their onscreen chem electrifying nd yhm was outstanding for 2.5yrs nd it went downhill post that. I rem how I was anxiously waiting 4 IshRa consummation lol but it was classy nd hot at d same time. IshRa had everything tashan, emotional scenes , cute romance, hot nd bold romance plus comedy scenes . They were a complete package

Anita was just OK as an actor n not the ebwt actor but Shagun was definitely the best dressed in initial years.Divyanka n Karan's contrasting personalities worked for the show since Raman n Ishita also had contrasting personalities.Shagun was included in btw Ishra without any reason since ah was BFF with ekta n this ruined yhm.She had no role after adi accepted ishita but to keep her in show both raman ishita were compromised n ruined.DivAn along with Ru brought trps not Ah and yeah IshRa consummation was hot n beautiful at a same time.No vulgarity like these days n their morning after was even better than their consummation

Dejavu at its finest. Reminds me how this PH were obsessed with their fav in S1 and would always give her SS. She was also shoved down our throats even though she was greatly despised. Her character also should’ve ended by getting eaten by the crocodile. Really hope they don’t repeat this nonsense in this season.

Aishwarya Sharma, Sumit Singh , Mayuri all were such subpar mediocre actresses esp Sumit but offscreen Mayuri nd Sumit were too good unlike AS full of air nd arrogant. But yeah AH was unnecessarily inserted . I hated that bhoot nd surrogacy track. Only Anita got d best wardrobe Ishu got those tacky sarees but definitely got an upgrade post leap. Despite such tacky sarees Divyanka looked drop dead gorgeous.

Exactly Divyanka looked super gorgeous in every look she got..That bhoot and surrogacy track ruined yhm but shagun looked classy in initial years until she was forced down on us for no reason.YHM had quality actors who could actually act keeping Ah n VD aside..But yes Ah is better than today's vamps who r so pathetic..

After a point due to unnecessary favoritism AH was the bane of the show

they even created a track of shaguns fake death & temporary end to the surrogacy track just to increase the trps as Sikand well knew the surrogacy track wasn't working

But of course Shagun had to be brought back 🙄

And ah used to give ivs ke shagun kahan jayegi..Bas itna shameless hona hai life mein.😭 she was packed off so that trps gets stable with dozen of ishra scenes n then was brought back to permanently settle her in bhalla house by bringing that pathetic 7 yrs leap Goof riddence that they never made Raman marry that woman..

Is it only me or Savi looks like Alia Bhatt??
