Frankly speaking I am not a fan of too many threads in the forum for updates ...

It will increase forum activity for sure , but at the same time searching will become difficult.

Also like you said here its one thread daily so not much difference .

Also we have chat club, if we use it for our discussions the EDT wont fly like this ....
