Pls Help

Hi, I had left this forum for months when both sumit & kumkum died.Can somebody pls give me short update on this serial.I saw sumit & kumkum today in a scene & was very happy to see both of them in the serial again.Is this their 2nd janaam or what pls help me out here. What happened to wadhwa parivar & their kids & whats happening right now in the serial?
