I think Ani said all this bcoz Jhanak basically told him to stay out of her life & not complicate it further. I doubt she will claim her wife right even when alone with Ani. J probably told him he is the biggest problem of her life & that she doesn’t want anything from him. “Azaadi chahiye aapse” ka answer h Ani ke words. She will definitely say more along this line.
Anyways both are just idiots because they say the exact opposite of what they truly want in front of each other.
Not worried about their fight at all. They will be back to caring for each other in the next scene. Inn dono mein hi self respect nahi h. They are doormats/punching bags for each other. 
Ani is sick already. Jhanak will be back to her Bhagwan ji mode soon enough, even in precap she was hurt when he left like that. Yeh dono sabka kaat rahe h with their dumbness aur kuchh Nahi. They will be back to romancing each other in 2-3 episodes now that the vampire clan left. Nautanki kahin ke
