i think when we will watch the episode we will get more clarity. Somewhat looking at bts , he has made up his mind that he is committed to Arshi and he does not want arshi should feel bad due to his ek tarfa pyar. So he is consoling her and he wants the marriage thing to get done so he can move on from jhanak but his heart is not allowing him to do so. He is also hurt that jhanak is not valuing their marriage. Thats why in precap he is again consoling Arshi that he will restore everything between them. I can see some MU between runak from Ani side or something must have happened between runak before mandap, hence Ani is giving more importance to Arshi in front of jhanak .
