You are probably right - but like Arshi has amnesia after yelling and screaming at Ani and coming back the next day as if all is great - So can Ani after telling Bips off.

The evil can still continue and more so now that she has been dressed down by Ani - and she has a reason to hate Jhanak.

Ending part of Arshi’s scene felt like she was doing some over acting with that shocked expression .. seems like she can’t act at all

The makers will have to look at Jhanak as a love story too. I think audience are more incline towards them especially after analyzing at their journey this far. RuNak love story is pivotal part of Jhanak show itself.
