Very unprofessional behaviour of both the women:

Kangana oviously having done/said something not wanting to follow the security rules (which fits to her entitlement in other situations).

The security officer got triggered and acted out of personal grudge.

Even if Kangana shoved the officer aside, it would have called for a more professional reaction than hitting.

Both are in the wrong but the consequences will be more serious for the woman officer than for Kangana.
