My heart goes to Ani due to his parents. They least care about his wishes. Loving would-be DIL is fine but this way completely unseeing the pain of their son, how lonely he must be feeling. For a person, even if whole world is in your favor but if your parents don't see your pain, it hurts.

Such detached parents, especially what kind of mother Tanuja is, it feels like she has no feelings for what her son wants.

Ani is as much a high-earning prized trophy son for Tanuja/Shubho as much as he is for different reasons to Arshi. No wonder these three bond well.
