Purple - I think her aim in life has completely changed from being a successful dancer to being Ani's wife .
Her monologue when Boroma and Apu di was consoling her just before her wedding with uncle groom, and Boro ma says you are sad coz your sapna of becoming a dancer will remain unfulfilled.
She is shown to get fb s of her wedding with Ani, and she says her sapna was "kisi ne mere maang mein sindoor bhara tha aur main us sindoor ka maan ada nehi ar payi".
There has been a considerable shift in her dreams, which would be great news for Ani, if only he knew 
The fact that she hung around in BH for so long was coz her self respect had taken a back seat long back and she wanted to be around Ani and see him safe, happy and healthy even though from a distance!
The moment RuNak happens, and Ani accepts her and she accepts him, she will find all her other dreams back and will get a new zeal to fight all odds to study and to achieve everything that Ani wants her to achieve, for Ani's sake as much as it would be for herself.
We will not hear her say "mujhe yeh sab karna tha hi nehi, acha nehi lagta" any more. The loss of focus and de-motivation will be replaced with a new urge to super succeed

Another aspect which I feel will cover all the promos till now, Ani supporting her in exam while Arshi watches over and the upcoming Anishi shaadi which is probably stopped by J.
Meaning J takes the exams and Ani is there as you said to support her. He probably wont declare her as his wife since J is uncomfortable with the idea of insulting her mother and concern for her cousin. But also a possibility that J may not entertain the idea. Initial declarations by Urvashi tell that J was never interested in marriage and this is kind of reinforced by Ani J phone talk in the train. She said she has a thousand other things to think about and doesn’t want to remember their marriage. This will show us that despite Rahul misunderstanding clearing up Ani will still think J doesn’t want to marry him. This will give him impetus as others predicted to taunt J with his marriage and the track to go till marriage madap with Arshi on tow. When J stops marriage it will ring true the words J said to Arshi regarding the ashirwad and Karma hitting the latter as her father said despite the warnings.
