Can you please check Amruta's left hand's index finger in previous episodes and today's episode? Because I noticed her nail's has ink mark in today's episode(Sriti went to give vote). As per I know Sriti went to give vote after 3 days continue shooting in the mela.If that ink was missing in previous episodes then today's episode is new and they shoot it recent and still changing their entire week episode and that's why no new bts and pics are coming out.And as per zeetv it's their wedding week but we still not get the wedding episode. I think seeing audience negative response on the promo they are changing the entire plot.

I noticed it only today. And Sriti voted in Delhi (going by her ig story.) The hospital shoot started afterwards (from the script leak)... If they show the mela area tomorrow, its quite likely they've shot it beforehand (so wont be surprised if the ink wont be visible if the finger is shown.)

Its possible they may make some changes. But the main change needed is how Virat reacts - revenge mode or protect mode or fake revenge mode... This thing can be changed even later on (so long as they dont show any scene that confirms he is taking revenge.)

bts not coming out is deliberate. they may not want to leak anything unless they are sure it will help the show.

Oh is it? (didn't notice) On Sriti's finger or Hemangi's? (Hemangi would've voted in Mumbai, which was earlier.) But then it's possible the scene around the temple / tree was shot after voting. [And of course I'm assuming she voted in Delhi going by her story. Not necessarily the case.]
