Harini told Savi about it....also Harini told Savi that her husband wanted to ruin her life so she was compelled to take a decision with respect to Ishaan marrying Savi so Savi can be safe

But did Harini tell Savi that whatever happened it was not Ishaan's fault as he didn't purposely hid her family there so they can die it was an accident.
Savi knows that it was not Ishaans fault, she is just angry that if he had not meddled or interfered like had stayed away than Samrudh would not have lost it, she would have married Samrudh and handled the situation herself instead of Ishaan becoming the saviour which caused her families demise unintentionally
