I think it’s about LGBT community and their acceptance in the society.. he is a transgender who is struggling with his identity.. I just saw couple of clips.. didn’t attract me either as a couple.

I would really like to know at times like when exactly did he feel he was doing his farz as a husband. He always felt a bit off with Rahul’s name even when he first brought her to his house and a seed of doubt was planted in his head by Srishti saying Rahul was Jhanak’s boyfriend and that Ani got trapped. He felt betrayed. Impulsively and being annoyed he used to mistreat her but would realize a second later that Jhanak had no one. So he would have these mix emotions that brought such havoc in his life. I would love to know when did the change happen where he started to feel more like her husband and doing things because he wants to not because he promised to help her out due to insaniyat. And time in time we have seen him getting completely mesmerized by her beauty. So I guess makers making him feel a gradual change where he would feel something for her, get into a denial mode, then become completely protective and act like she is his wife

I guess there aren’t particular right or wrong answer to it.

I think the letter of her mom., changed his thought and he took it up from there as responsibilty and slowly unknowingly accepting has her partner . Thanks to our asylum people they contributed so much for him develop those feelings .😬😬
