Waise how bad it looks, when you are the owner or manager of a restaurant and you pass the blame or refuse to take the responsibility and start giving justifications.

Also, like you said - why answer personal phone calls when there is something very important at work ? Was she the one explaining to others with silly actions "bohot bada phood crttik" or some such nonsense to others?

Why should she answer personal calls, that too video call in the middle of important work? Another example of misplaced priorities.

To be honest, answering the call was not so much the issue as it was to employ a staff who WILL override instructions.

Okay even if it’s a foul play, a one off incident, what does the Critic have to do with their internal issues, why should it even happen once? This involves food, which is directly related to your health and can even cause death if something goes wrong, how can these fools even justify all this with such Bhashan 😂

The best part is the critic shutting Majnu up with his translator skills by speaking in Hindi, confirming she understands most of what Maataji has been saying.

Majnu can use all his money but cannot buy reputation for his Laila which she tanked once by abandoning the Uttaradikari post and now with her compromised health standard food.
