Just like how Himalay parvat is loved by lot of people, she is also one of those people. Even though she loves him, does not mean he will come to love her. In way giving assurance to Arshi, Anirudh only loves Arshi. She can wish for him to love her, but she knows she will not get that love from him in return.

Let me know what you guys think of my interpretation. The beauty of such dialogues is that it can be interpreted in many ways. (Although my mind went to gutter the first time read it on the post 😅). I thought it was very poetic and sad at the sametime. In an indirect way she says she loves him but he can't be hers! Its an indirect love confession of Jhanak for Anirudh.

You are right dear! That’s why Arshi is forced to ask the next difficult question, whether Ani loves Jhanak ?
Arshi has at that point understood that it’s a lost case for her and is contemplating to give up on Ani! She expected her mom to support her decision but her useless mom confuses her even more !!
