In Dec 2016, I dont have any clue that this is a flashback before their fight or after fight. Anu and Virat are packing their things. They are putting books in the bag and Anu says that all these books belong to her. Virat opens the books and makes her read the name of the owner. The book had the name of Virat. May be Anu bought it and Virat wrote his name. But then Anu could have used the previous line to argue but she said that the books were in her room, so the books are hers Itni saari possessiveness, even after knowing she is wrong she was not ready to accept her mistake. Instead she started ranting when Virat claimed that this things belong to him. She said that yeh chhoti moti cheeze insaan se zyada loyal hoti hai Then she started ranting that this coffee mug is mine, this is mine, that is mine. Haan bhai guest house tera hai, company tumhari hai, case tumhara hai, paani tumhara hai, hawa tumhari hai, yeh universe tumhara hai.

Then Virat said and I thought you were an empath. Anu said that empath doesn't means a doormat and then she pauses and says maybe in your books Virat hasn't even spoken this thing and then says that tumhaari sarcastic language mein hota hai empath=doormat, jab chahe kisiko demean kar diya. What does is the definition of empathetic person. A person who values others emotions and is kind enough to them. But it definitely doesn't means what she said. For eg, you are empathetic towards your family, go and help them, but you also know when your family is wrong, just dont help them. Empathy doesn't means that dont take a stand for the right. Bringing the importance down of the word empathy by using with gaslighting and doormat!!! Empathetic person bhi warrior ho sakta hai. Anu is so perfect in using psychological strategies. Honestly I was aware of gaslighting, but itna gyaan nahi tha. She uses gaslighting word more than often. Can I say that jise isake baare mein pata hota hai woh bhi yeh kar sakta hai?

She is talking about using emotions and all, but this things are very subjective. No one can crack her emotional code. If she is an empath, then she shouldn't become a lawyer first of all, or she should have taken the low profile cases. She wants emotional empathy, but its almost difficult to gain emotional empathy. For eg if genuinely Virat says you are beautiful, the she will say kehne ke liye keh rahe ho. If Virat for the sake of saying says you are beautiful, just dont use me.

Virat then says that he knows a girl, who pretended to look good on social media and wrote some fake empathetic lines but in real she is a narcissist. Anu felt that Virat is targeting her. Virat and James conversation was beautiful. Karan yaar My hero looked so sweet in the scene. Virat is curiously listening to James' married life. He is under the impression that marriages dont last for more than 30 months because his he didn't really see a good marriage happen around him. The fight gets silly after some point of time, but the point is that husband and a wife together. James description of his married life was so beautiful, he indeed played a cupid for AnuVir. He said aapke liye bhi Scooty Wala Trust Bhi Aayega. The whole scene was a breath of fresh air. Virat wants to be a happy place for Anu and doesn't wants to break her trust.

That Aawargi scene where he saw Anushka's cabin and missed her presence and reminds of the flashbacks in which she was with him.

Anu is not satisfied with Ankita for being careless while preparing the appeal. Tara's case is a do and die situation for Anu. Ankita says that Tara's case is the case's central plot but the main plot of this case is something else. Anu says that the gut feeling of Ankita are always insightful.
