just super stressed at work. A colleague who is a pain sometimes came back today after being off work for 3 weeks and is busy pinpointing all problems and issues she has with my work and now I am stressed if my work is ok or not and all the work piled up is stressing me also because i have a meeting to convince my boss to change some stuff she recommended tomorrow and i dunno how to do it

On top aaj kal every small thing gives me anxiety and panik and stress. So bas wohi chal raha hai have a performance show n sunday too uska bhi practice ka time aur energy nahi hai
