True. That’s an interesting aspect that can come into play and reasons to create misunderstanding or rift between the leads.

Arshi and Ani’s equation has always been more like best friends than lovers mainly because they have known each other for a very long time. They have a better understanding in terms of a lot of things excluding about Jhanak’s topic. She has always seen to understand his issues and equally supporting him even if she doesn’t agree to somethings. She was the one who actually told him up front that she think he has feelings for Jhanak and giving that smirk to him. She could be the one adding fuel to the fire in the future.


Ani being possessive and suspecting right now is purely because they never had any open or explicit discussion about their individual doubts or problems. Only recently due to the Ani’s birthday date they have been able to open up especially Ani. They haven’t reached to the level where they can casually sit and discourse what bothers them or what keeps them happy. They have been awkward thanks to their families. This is why even Jhanak never bothers to clarify Ani’s doubts on Rahul because she wants to keep pushing him away.

Him being possessive will not going to change. However, it may tone down depending on how much he gets to know what Jhanak desires and what she feels for him. However, this trait could still play a major drawback in their relationship, especially if his family comes to know of or the vamps!

I feel the story is headed the Ani losing his head over Jhanak and becoming more controlling as she gets more successful. They have consistently focussed on Ani's violent uncontrolled reactions everytime he hears of Jhanak linked to someone.

Remember he lost his head with J when Shristi put thoughts in his head that J and Rahul were gf bf.

Then he insulted her on account of Aditya Kapoor. Both times he dragged J's mom Urvasi into the abuse.He gets so upset he does not even realize what he is saying and spews vitriol to J. He regrets it later but he always has a reaction that is so not like his core character.

With the last few episodes Ani has started considering Jhanak as his, and she is letting him. This is only going to intensify his possessiveness for her.

She said when she was drunk at Arshi's birthday, he insults her and then gives gifts to make up. That is what he is going to do and Jhanak is going to be stifled by his control.

Whoeve is the vampwill likely set up a mu with another guy to break them up and Ani will fall for it very easily, because that is a trigger point for him

Makers have fleshed Ani and J's character very well.

Everyone's been talking about how bold Ani was today during the dupatta removing scene.. but anyone notice Jhanak then ?? She didn't know what he was about to do, but didn't stop him or question him. She trusted him completely! As if Ani had every right to touch her hair and her dupatta like that.

J trusts him soo much ..I really hope Ani figures out what's going on in his heart and gives J the undivided attention and love she deserves from a husband.

True jhanak didn’t stop him… ani has a lot of control over her , which even she doesn’t know. I don’t know if it will prove to be a good thing or bad thing for her !

For me personally this is going to be difficult to watch if the story plays out like this. Trust is a core requirement in any relationship and if that's missing with Runak then it will be very difficult for me to root for them.

The MU they've had do far have been at an early stage of their relationship, even before they realised their feelings for each other. I hope once they declare their love to each other they also show them buildung their trust in each other, and facing challenges standing together rather than against each other.
