Cannot be 100% sure but I remember I shared that Shrishti threatens Ani with police when she comes to Bose house and that happened. The spoiler was from India forums YouTube videos.

India forums latest YouTube video says Ani will hug Arshi and say I love you because Jhanak tells him to ( we have seen bts) but then wear the ring Jhanak gave him and this time Arshi will recognise the ring and call off Shaadi for good.
