I'm looking forward to this show, and I really liked the OST. However, it's not a love song; it definitely involves someone giving a 'baddua' (cursing) to someone else. I found these translations on Twitter. I think they're good enough translations of the lyrics.

I had no idea. Thanks for the info.

I get a feeling this song's from various viewpoints, not just Naushervan and Dua.

To behonest, it feels like Nausherwan is going to betray her in some way. She mentions something about him being a 'dhokebaaz.' So either he is going to betray her, or she believes that he already has. In the OST, it seemed like he had a lipstick stain on his shirt (or is it blood?), maybe he cheats on her.
Perhaps he is the reason for what happens to her with Haroon's character, or Haroon's character is going to make her believe that Nausherwan is behind it. Since this is kind of a sequel to 'Deewangi,' I feel like it's going to have a similar story about him betraying her. But it seems that this time she will not runaway, but punish him.
In the beginning, she seems to be in love with him, in the middle, she appears sad and angry, and at the end of the OST, she seems to have an attitude toward him. So he definitely did something and she is pissed about it.

I know some people say that Hiba isn’t a good actress, but here she is easily expressing all of these different emotions.
On the other hand, he seems to be in love in the beginning, and then he appears to be angry some scenes and sad in others. Maybe he regrets what he did or is sad/angry because of her attitude.
I am excited for this one.
Why didn’t they named it Deewangi 2? The OST heavily implied it was deewangi ka part 2.
