This so called representative of Bharat could not even make one dish from cuisines other than Gujarati (that too she botched up badly) but she is giving bhashans to the world. 
The insistence on 'Amreeka ka sapna' and doing bhashanbaazi there seems so unnecessary, if all she was going to do is this. But maybe the reason she didn't make such food in local competition in Gujarat is because she would have been eliminated in the first round or rather not even considered for the competition.
