Gaikwad is the most technically sound player I have ever seen after Dravid and KL ... Every shot of his is an eye candy to watch, something straight out of a text book manual ...I have never seen a player who plays as per the match situation 

Gaikwad and jaiswal would have been the ideal opening combo with Rohit and Virat at one down and two down ...

I think Rohit is the reason why Ruturaj is not selected because openers slots are full. Sanju samson got preference over Rahul probably for better wicket keeping skills. Shivam Dubey - people have started thinking of him as future Yuvraj singh. 

It largely depends on who gives you a good competent bowling option Hardik or Dube .... It also needs to be seen who adapts to US pitches and is able to bat better .... Dube as a bowler does not  have exposure at ICC level and that means Rohit will have to go with 5 specialist bowlers which is a bit risky in T 20...

yes and all-rounder will be chosen between Jadeja and Axar whoever bowls and bats better in the nets around that time ! 

Jadeja can bat and bowl equally well , Shivam Dube better as a hitting batsman who can bowl while axar is a bowler who can bat.

If one truly critically analyses our batting then our batting appears lot weaker as compared to the overseas especially Aussie and English batting powerhouses . Batsman like Salt butler head maxwell stoinis bairstow klassen rosseau wills can not only hit the long distance but also every one of them is individually capable of taking the game away from you ...

Our batsmen are good but you need that extra special in t 20 to be able to hit from the word go...This can be a major weakness in our batting line up especially when it comes to knock out stages...
