Sai marries the doctor..it's another deal marriage without any expectations from each other...

The main reason for the marriage is her son...

That boy was not ready to accept Sai as his mother, for him Pl is his mummy.. he wanted his family of his mumma and Baba.

So to stop virat advances she marries the doctor..later doctor falls for Sai, another drama...at the end virat and Sai both died together.
