No one is defending her unprofessional behavior nor her attitude. What I am calling out is the double standards of them addressing Jhanak by her name, whereas calling Ani or Adi with sir tag line. They have every right to question her about the time wasted or discuss about the Contract conditions. Is it really needed for them to talk to her about staying in Anirudhโs house or she should think about him? Which life does she want and all. Donโt forget that they are literal strangers to her. Would we like whatever our opinion about anything is, random people coming and telling you what to do? Just an FYI, even if ur performance sucks, a boss is not allowed to talk to you beyond a line. Thatโs how professional environments work!
@bold- I got that
Maine aisa nahi socha ki any1 is defending.
About calling her by name, maine notice kiya tha...there is Inconsistency. When they first met Anirudh to ask abt her, they said Jhanak ma'm or Jhanak ji. Today may be a result of the stunt she pulled, a newcomer has to earn the tag since shez not nepo kid. With Ani & Adi they hv long standing relation, so seniors ki tarah respect milta hai unko, also those men are older in age I guess. Jhanak is visibly younger, so kabhi kabhi sirf Jhanak, kabhi ma'm aur kabhi Jhanak ma'm they wr saying. But throughout they said 'Aap' only to Jhanak, so I was fine with it.
The reason I dint feel anything out of place for all that they spoke to her is cz thats how that industry works in real. Personally, my experience has been the same - entertainment industry mein ppl talk more with newcomers, in fact they ask a lot abt their personal life & give a lot of info as well (whether required or not) bcz that rapport/communication is how one gets work. Its an unorganized sector - to some extent. In a formal organized sector like IT or manf, that's absolutely not the case. I've had both experiences, so I felt they showed it accurately. In fact, bcz of Anirudh's connect it was a decent work atmos. Usually, ppl speak rubbish also it seems (in the very first meeting). If J had gone by herself searching for work, it could have gone in any direction.
Basically saying - its good if they called her ma'm instead of Jhanak, but in the last scene whr they ask her abt wt Adi spoke n she said y dnt they ask him, they said he's a big star so how can they question him. That's the sad reality......power/money will earn respect in society. Aah - If only Jhanak could observe all that we're observing
