Repulsive is a strong word.

I don't think any of the couple can be mentioned as repulsive.

I personally did not like that Alia chose Ranbir. I was very disappointed and thought she could do so much better.

Eh. I am not repulsed by any couple. There's a lot more things to do than be repulsed by random things that don't even remotely affect my life. 

I do find Ranbir and Alia a mismatched dynamic. I have doubts about how long it will sustain. But if both are happy, then that's all that matters. My opinion is literal jack shit.

That couple maybe a good match in real life, but you find them. repulsive or annoying for some reason as a couple. 

I want to name a few:

- Anupam and Kirron Kher (annoying on reality shows)

- worst of all Zarina and Aditya Pancholi 

- runner-up Mithun and his wife Yogita who protected their alleged rapist son Mimoh.

I staunchly believe that Buddha Bachchan have stuck the life out of Jaya and that for me is most repulsive couple tropes, he have literally broken her. If you watch her old movies or interviews, it's quite easy to say they are not the same person. Heck she was not this bitter even after whole Rekha affair. 

Atleast for Akshay and twinkle you can say both happy in their own world and have a friendly equation.
