If Runak were to happen - then AK is here to stay for a bit more (if not immediately, then later). Its only AK who made a mess out of Anirudh's being. Rahul, Tejas & Avinash - none of them messed up with him this way (considering the fact that Anirudh spent more time with all of them, than with AK).

Adi is Anirudh's Trigger like no other

Because he is young like Rahul and Powerful like Tejas.

Best of both worlds. How can he not get triggered?

No. only things they mentioned are

1. Due to medication she is hungry a lot which she eats in small meals throughout the day.
2. She will die early.
3. And she cannot be beaten or abused in any form.
