Exactly. Ahuja's are just annoying characters just messing up the story. Chitnis family story have more depth and they should now atleast start Bhavani independent journey track.

Say, things like a normal, no nonsense married relationship / friendship ... what are they going to show? what if it flops?

With so many negative characters around, I would say it is important that they show a no nonsense relationship b/w the leads... probably just small differences because of differences in personalities and preferences... and let the negative characters bring in the complications. But will they dare to go there? not quite the norm... they have to show the FL mahan and ML dumb... never on the same page.

Remove Sriti (and unless there is an equally good actor they sign up), guess even this forum will go without much movement. [Will literally be 'kya farak padta hai' for almost all of us.]

Without Sriti this show had gone down like other zee tv shows which goes off air within six months. Actually she gave them strong base and Hemangi and Arjit too contributing but rest nothing said is better specially Ahuja's.

They are still not focusing on tracks which have depth like Bhavani journey , their divorce proceedings but obsessed with showing Babita and BM nonsense planning, plotting and humiliation which are so disgusting to see again and again.

Humiliation on divorcee status is now done and dusted . I think already message reached to the people whom they want to give why to show it again and again. Why Bhavani targeted for her divorcee status in each function. Now it's becoming over. Virat took stand on mehendi humiliation but still another humiliation on the way on haldi so what's point of giving back to deaf ears.

Actually here there are so many negative character to play their role in leads life they can easily go for marriage without any forced angel just mutual consent. They may have differences over their approach towards handling any problems which they can resolve with their small arguments not necessarily hatred or forced angel to drag the story.

Unlike few weeks back, even if miss or skip watching few KMTMG episodes, not greatly bothered to catch up later on..

Not sure how many more are feeling like me.. even bts/segments aren't much exciting nor creating anticipation to wait for actual episodes.. (quite understandable why crew purposely leaked that new tarazu/mandap promo shoot clips)

Noticeably Amruta's IQ, sharpness, strengths, maturity & character arc has been going down last couple weeks, to forcibly make few other characters bearablerather than create plots for using her strengths to grow up other characters to her level..

Feel the thing you mentioned about Ammu is being done to help create a much better image (whitewash) Virat. She has been shown quite foolish at times - esp around her stand about Babita.
