Sooooo I was thinking, since Isshan was playing Ram, and they were celebrating Ram Navmi maybe Surya represented strength in carrying that pillar, in terms of how Hanuman carried over Sanjeevani on his shoulders...

I did not like the integration episode. It was waste of time. If they wanted to do something meaningful then they should have probably done some puja or something and Bhosles and Reddys could have a function together. What was the whole Ramayan play acted out. Seriously ? For this they shot for 20 hours. It was pathetic acting, pathetic shots and I don't think Imlie is going to have any benefit whatsoever from this integration. I doubt even how much Ghum will have a benefit for this episode.

Today's episode was much saner and better. I am glad that Imlie ka action of slapping Surya is having repercussions now. Granted Imlie is going through lot of things but like Arjun said she has started to misuse Surya's guilt and started to treat him so bad and somehow she feels that she can do that. She needs to realize that Surya was in no way responsible for her misfortunes and in fact Surya is the one who is standing as her shield and protecting her. She needs to make up to Surya and apologize for doing wrong with him.

Surya - Tayiji and Imlie come back home in night. I am not sure if there was any more scenes in Ghum ka episode. Anyway Ghum episode is not uploaded and I do not intend to wait for that crap to check. Imlie sleeps off on Surya's shoulder and Surya does not even wake her up. Sigh.

Tayiji is regressive but she has concern for Surya. Even with everything that happened today she wished things work out between Surya and Imlie because she can not see Surya sad. That was a mother's concern and she is right at her place. Surya comes back and sleeps on in Arjun's room. Nirmala and Malti see this and lo bhai a new kalesh brewing up.

Imlie feels guilty for slapping Surya so she comes to talk to him but Surya is asleep. She comes to apologize but Surya is sleeping. The whole conversation between Arjun and Imlie was the best part of the episode. Arjun comes down to get water and the 2 witches rat Arjun out and Arjun has to tell the truth that Surya is sleeping in his room because Imlie slapped him. Now Tayiji is super angry and she can not take this insult daily on her son - No mother would so she is correct in her place.

In the morning Imlie is trying to get ready to go to Mama - Mami's place and Nirmala and Malti come and Nirmala invites them to their place. Mami in her greed agrees to get Bulbul and groom's family to Reddy's mansion - she thinks it would be good if Bulbul ke In-laws see how big the house is and even when Imlie asks her to rethink she does not pay heed.

In the precap Indira is exposing Imlie's kaand to everyone that she slapped her husband. I don't think Surya is there as Nirmala and Malti have conceived something to keep him away from the evening function.

Imlie definitely needs to apologize to Surya and her half assed apology is not going to reprieve her. She needs to stop jumping on and blaming Surya for every single thing. I think at the last moment Surya will come and sambhaloes the situation and maybe we will get Surya and Imlie finally staying in one room.

It was a breath of fresh air to witness Imlie and Surya returning to Purvaya. Gul’s production house sets a new standard for aesthetics, elevating the viewing experience with that beautiful colour grading and good camera work.

The moment when Imlie drifted off to sleep on Surya’s shoulder was endearing, evoking a sense of domestic bliss. Yet, it was fleeting, overshadowed by Tayyi's yapping on the phone and taunting remarks. Surya's dialogues, on the other hand, were limited today, he barely said anything.

Adrija looked stunning with the legenga and the body chain, reminiscent of Imlie's earlier days, while Sai exuded charm in orange, thankfully with subdued foundation for Surya. They were both glowing, such pretty people 🤌🏼✨

The dainty mangalsutra aligns perfectly with Imlie's style and personality, a detail that was worth preserving from the Ghum crossover.

Arjun's comedic chemistry with Imlie is delightful, even in serious moments, they keep calling eachother “bro”. I loved the entire sequence with sleepy Surya so much, just wish it was a bit longer.

The impending conflict with the three deviyas plotting against Surya adds anticipation, though I’m still hoping for more scenes between him and Imlie though. I look forward to seeing his reaction to the message she left on his cast.

The slap, although unjustified, sets the stage for Tayyi's revenge, potentially derailing Bulbul's alliance and prompting Surya's timely intervention. This may foster respect from Imlie, intensifying their dynamic.

Aaj toh Sai ke kuch zyada scenes bhi nahi tha... thoda DDP hua mujhe is baat pe....

The car ride back home when Imlie slept on his shoulder...*chef's kiss*. I wish they showed her a bit conscious with how she slept close to him....... I am happy the silent treatment and ignoring Imlie continues. Surya, apni self respect ko sambhal ke rakho, no need to give Imlie any bhav for now.

I loved the scene when they walk inside the house... the team is so good at the execution. Writers are actually letting down the who hard working cast and crew. Sighh.... Needless to say their background music has my heart... It is so soothing and hopeful.

I cannot even express how much I love Arjun bro, CJ bro and Hemlata. Hemlata bechara does not understand taunts and sarcasm and always wants to see the good in people. CJ despite being from an older generation is kind and progressive in his thoughts. Arjun and Imlie scene about her writing the apology on Surya ka cast was so funny. While I loved seeing a restless Imlie, I did not like her half assed apology for a second time. Happy Surya was asleep nahi toh suna deta for this faltu apology. She needs to straight up apologize for slapping him, for misunderstanding him and raising a question on his character. All these things were out of her own misunderstandings and perceptions, even after Surya had time and again verbally and by his actions proved that he will not cross his boundaries. They cut the night scene so we don't know if she ended up writing on the cast or not. Sai looked so cute sleeping and I loved the lungi he wore (please change his shirts, I beg).

Malti and Nirmala are smart villians - the way they saw Surya sleeping in Arjun's room, the way they cornered Arjun into confessing about the slap and now how they will get Imlie ka family insulted tomorrow in Surya ka absence. I don't mind their villany but this needs to happen in parallel to progress in Surya Imlie relationship and the latter is not happening.

I can understand why the whole family is upset with Imlie - she physically abused him after the truth was out, complained against him leading to his suspension, made him jump down the window and break his hand and now question his character and slap him. They are right to think that Imlie should leave Surya and the marriage if she has an issue with him, let him move on and you can move on too. As Surya's family, their worry for him is completely justified. I can even understand Tayi calling Imlie ki family and talking to them coz Imlie will probably need someone from her family to explain to her (though I don't condone them doing it before Bulbul ke in-laws).

Don't understand why Malti who loves her husband so much is still staying with Reddy family after Raghu is out from prison. Also, what clothes did Surya Imlie carry? Kitne din ke liye gaye the? Imlie ne 3-4 suits nikale bag se aur almari main rakhe... I rolled by eyes big time.

Coming to yesterday's episode ka 5 mins.

The background music is so soft and soothing. I loved the silent treatment and Surya ignoring Imlie scenes. He is way too offended that she thinks of him as a drunkard and sleazy person (shayad slap ka itna dukh nai hai usko). Despite all this, the moment Imlie was in danger, this man left all his anger and emotions aside and ran to save her. Holding that pillar for so long was unrealistic but whatever.

I felt bad for both Imlie and Surya yesterday. Imlie explained her point of view and voiced her concerns about expectations from her as his wife. She has lost a lot in life and will never be as happy as she could have been with Agastya. I am also glad Surya pointed out that he is stuck in this marriage for life with a girl who hates him. So he is not happy about it as well. Acha hua he again told her he has no expectations from her in the marriage so that should put Imlie at ease around him (hopefully she believes his words and sees his actions). Imlie till now was only thinking about this from her perspective (which is but natural) and now she will know his POV too so hopefully she wont misunderstand him anymore.

I agree with Imlie about not harboring hate for people as it is an extremely negative emotion.

Waiting to see them move on from his besirpair ka drama and move to the same room. I am really losing patience (part of it is we are closer to the end of IPL and part of it is seeing these short episodes).
