This was the Same Imlie team who used songs from 60s and 70era in a time where every other show is using contemporary music. They dared to show their female lead in bold clothing. Sleeveless blouses ,body chains, pallu slipped off a little bit. Even the widow Imlie styling was better . Ab kya ho gaya hai. Is it being deliberately done
Imlie’s styling and make up definitely reflects her state of mind. She is not happy with the marriage, her husband, her in-laws, in short not really happy with how her life currently is.
It’s not about daring to show. It’s about how they want to portray imlie’s character. Widow imlie’s styling was just as bad. Her messy plaited hair was pretty bad for me. Or even those salwars, sarees.
now atleast she is having open hair and they look good on her.
Sai’s costumes even as Agasthya was not something to be talked about. Here and there they were good. I think it’s useless to hope for him.
about songs, the show is in a pretty bad state Matlab, it could shut shop anytime, using songs means they have to pay money. And also, imlie-surya are still hardly a couple. It’s definitely cost-cutting.
But if and when they start bulbul marriage functions, may be we will see some improvement. They will have to deck the whole cast up and also the set, unless unka khurafati dimaag decide to have all the functions in that jhopdi😮
Imlie has to atleast show she is happy in front of the bulbul ke in-laws. So I think, there will be some improvement atleast for the functions.
