The second marriage becomes a problem when the first wife or husband raises an issue and goes to court - then second marriage is invalid. Otherwise no problem I think! Am not sure but that's how it works I think. Bcoz lotsa politicians have multiple wives even when the first one is living ng and they r not divorced yet!
