Yes , the drunk scene was bad . That is the only one i felt he failed .

Also i agree with you on that script and dialogue has a major role in performing .

But then an actor too can have their contributions to make it best .

Even the actor playing Appu di is incredibile .

These kind of characters are usually played overboard , mostly loud .

But she performs as if she in real life is special child .

That is an actor part to decie how to give output based on their briefing .

I feel there is lot of difference between acting and performing naturally .

I respect the fact that everybody has their own choices .

No where I said Krushal is not a good actor. I think u dint get my point. I said every good actor requires a proper screenplay and again a proper character. I have seen hiba shining in her previous shows. Here her character is such that her own fans are like they cant see that thing what they saw previously .... Its all like she is getting tortured .... Crying all the time. She is more like prop of ani. My problem is not the appreciation one gets but the mocking the other one gets.

There Can Be Many Such Nit Pickings For Hiba Playing Jhanak As Well, As Regards Holi Drunk Scene She Wasn't Good Either...Most Of The Time Can't Even Get What's Going On In Jhanak's Mind By Seeing Her Expressions.

In The Show The Story Has Always Moved Forward Whenever Anirudha Has Put On Efforts Be It Saving Jhanak Risking His Entire Existence Or Making Her Career Even After Her Repeated Verbal Diarrhoea.

Krushal As Anirudha Has Overall Delivered Better Performance Than Hiba As Jhanak Even After Her Being His Senior In The Field Of Acting And Anirudha Is Much More Interesting, Multi Layered Character Than Titular Role Of Jhanak.....Period

True talk. The show’s continuity is weakening in bits as they add more episode. They need to tighten things and make everything flow.

His tone is slightly calm when he gives back to them . Shristi speaks utter rubbish amd nonsense that antone who has a heart feels to back answer her . But Anirudh was less harsh in them .

Like someone said we always pour more to our dear ones than outsiders.

Also i felt the episodes are same just replacing the lead pairs , its all repetitive .

Hope they take the story forward from here and not make a fool of the viewers .

The only difference was the performance and execution.

There was something missing in the episode but cant make out what , its wasnt fully satisfying for unlike the bank account opening epiosde .

May be because the creatives always go back to haq and insults that even the good episodes cant be enjoyed fully to satisfaction .

Fingers crossed to see continuation track after this .

Yeah some logic leaps were glaringly obvious,

For example, people conveniently forgot that Bipasha served the thandaai to Jhanak. Hope ANi comes back to this later. Since the doctor mentioned the police, I am hopeful.

Plus, as you said, Ani was very calm in replying to Shrishti and Arshi: is it due to just finishing Pooja? or his priority is Jhanak now? or because it's a temple? or he didn't want his family to lose face? The end of the scene was confusing for me.

Hence, I would have preferred if the CVs added the version I described in the update.

The entire temple scene looked so pompous in a way, the entire focus was on showing how Ani was Deewana for Jhanak to the vile ladies, even the linga-making part felt too OTT for me. But I felt the point of the scene should have been to show Ani's devotion to Jhanak's safety and life more emotionally and intimately. Not make a spectacle out of it. Also hearing from the pandit who had done pooja for Jhanak would have made Ani more determined to right the wrongs and clear his misunderstanding atleast that Jhanak doesn't feel happy insulting him all the time. It would have atleast lowered the level of misunderstanding they have between each other.

Yeah, execution also sucked that they interspersed the hospital scene with the Basus and the temple scene with Ani. Takes away from the immersion. The director has done this multiple times and it grates on my nerves like anything.

I don’t get it or know much for others. But I have always felt that both Hiba and Krushal are acting awesome….even the characters that I hate have good actors in this show imo. The only reason why Ani Carries the plot along even though the show is titled Jhanak is because Jhanak herself is a weak, young, poor maid who is always bullied. Ani on the other hand is a wealthy and actually the most powerful character in the entire show. It’s Ani’s decisions that happen in the show; he is the one with the agency to make things happen, whether it’s having Jhanak perform or defending her from Tejas. When Ani does something, it happens. He is so strong to the point that when he doesn’t do something, it’s very pronounced and it ruins the episode because he CAN do anything he wants. Jhanak on the other hand is a character that CANNOT do anything. She is literally the punching bag and the Max of her actions are verbal defense which is just turned against her. She does little acts of resistance too, whether it was taking the sleeping pills or taking the slippers from Tanuja, she was reacting strongly, but her strongest is literally at the bottom because she can’t do anything that would matter due to her status. That’s why when Ani was sick, the episodes were hard not because Hiba wasn’t good, but because she was too good at acting the girl in Jhanak’s place. We saw how mistreated Jhanak was and even when she yelled, she was shut back down and assaulted over and over. Now Jhanak is sick, the episodes move quicker because things happen in each one. From when Ani saw her on the terrace to the temple, he was constantly doing things that were big and exciting - because he can do those things and they actually matter. For instance, if Jhanak was in love with Ani now, would it matter? No, it actually won’t except to make her more miserable and mentally pained. It won’t affect anyone apart from her negatively. But it’s another story when Ani is the one in love. He is the most powerful character that is connected to everyone else in such a way that they all treat him right to varying degrees. Ani falling in love is going to shock a bunch of people, incite people, excite people. It means something. Jhanak will only ever be able to truly carry the show at Ani’s level when she becomes richer and popular. Then when she says yes, it will happen and when she says no, it won’t just like what Ani does.

Finally managed to watch the episode.... These were a good set of episodes the past three days, though this is the weaker of the trio for me. still a good one though.

totally connect with your take on the episode- and the reason for me is the precap seemed more powerful and impactful damakedhar than the actual episode itself. It took my expectations very high so it was a tad bit let down.

The idea is still keep the relationship under wraps from the evil people. Will tomorrow’s episode change it we don’t know.

Loving Chotton so much really, he was indeed the hero of today’s episode. He doesn’t mince words, very straightforward and clear in his heart and mind.

The people around Ani were lot more thoughtful than the evil family

Coming to celebrity status 😁 it’s a joke really…..nobody cared for them near the temple

Also Krushal looked very cool and handsome in that attire, he can surely try for a mythological show in the future after Jhanak ends 😜

I am hoping that someone will bring up same thing happened with Ani when he met with the accident. Jhanak and Partially Arshi did the flower 🌸 thingy. I wished they went to the same temple too Anushaji….i was wondering about the same, why didn’t they use the same location and pandit.
