I think we should have got our clue from the Holi tent scene where Ruhi tells her P. Nanu that they should leave Armaan and Abhira alone since they had each other. Ruhi 1.0 would have died a thousand deaths before saying that

She feels more like a spoilt brat than a scheming vamp. Maybe they are trying to dial back on Ruhi’s vileness!

Exactly I've seen vamp she was no vamp. I agree she

came off more like spoil entitle bratty little sister. Who wants

to compete with her big sister to proof she more beautiful

and young all the clips I watch of her

As for the Ruhi vileness, too early to tell let's see,

I am liking the story.

The way Armaan stood for Abhira demanding Sanjay to apologize because he misbehaved with Abhira, irrespective of age was nice to watch.

Him saying he is treated to be equivalent to God only because of Kajal, indirectly telling him that respect your wife was another thing I liked.

Also the banter and the slight playful hit on forehead by Abhira and Armaan to each other (don’t know what it’s called, kindly let me know if someone knows) was a nice moment.
