I have an interesting theory in my mind. What if, Arshi and Jahank are both siblings and Urvashi gave one of her kid to Vianayak because Srishti's kid died at childbirth. That would be fitting for a daily soap

Actually both share the same birthday! So they said ideally be twins.

I really wonder why is this hospital sequence happening? Unless Srishti added poison in her drink, I don't see anything coming out of it
