I think Maula Jutt producer themselves "soft" boycotted sabun awards. Their producer has said we don't want to be considered for awards that does not have a whole range of award categories for cinema including for technicians. So safe to say they never submitted. But in critics awards at least, they should have recognized TLOMJ or just made up a standalone award recognizing its achievement.

Fun fact mahira has never won a state honor . Lol , regardless of her acting skills, being a huge star I’m surprised she didn’t get it for that . She’s kinda the biggest brand in Pakistan
