I cant imagine the AT without your posts yaar . Like others mentioned, when we started we were a few people who watched without any expectation just for Sai. Aage bhi actors ke liye hi dekhenge aur kya.

Truth be told, I see a lot of potential in the story if I ignore all the raita they failoed in the past. I have seen shows on this premise previously that I enjoyed.

Only issue is they showed such a beautiful love story between Agastya and Imlie, it would not be easy to accept the new love story between Surya and Imlie.

how much we craved to see Imlie back in sarees. Now I think she will get bright and colourful sarees after marriage but with different styling

This malti is another level delusional person and Surya loves her too much to hurt her with raghu truth but usko batana toh padega. Malti is already hating on prospect of Imlie being her bhabhi and Surya giving priority to Imlie over her. Yeh new family mein Imlie ke liye abhi se negativity base taiyar kar rahe hai. Sonali atleast was this super intelligent and confident woman whom we could root for despite her villainous ways. They didn't made chutki brat too despite her education being done in modern environment.

Yeh malti jaise character ke liye kahan se sympathy aayega

potential toh bahut hai. A widow second Chance love story could pull the heart strings of anyone .In all the widow love stories that I have seen on itv the heroines were not madly in love with their late husband. They were definitely the wife and did their duties sincerely but woh lover wali emotions they never had for their late husband. so to move on with hero was easy for them but yahan Imlie mein Imlie had passed all stages of love with Agastya. And it's also doesn't help that Surya has same face like Agastya. Bahut angst ho sakta hain yeh story mein

Yes hated Malti trying to assert her importance in Surya ka life. It is his decision who he needs to marry. At least dont bad mouth your would be sister in law.

Both of them will take a lot of shit from everyone. Hope they also show them standing up against external forces together.

Isn't promising someone to love commitment? Anyways I do think this will go imlie 1 way. Let's see. I don't like Surya's character. Agasthya was a different character for Sai to play but this is just same as his other characters and storyline as well.

Actually both shows I am referring to (SP ke hi the) had shown the love story with the first husband so the widows were in love with the husbands. But the thing is it was not as elaborately shown. They also had a very positive friendly equation with their devars so there was awkwardness in the relationship at the start. Here Surya and Imlie don’t even know each other toh that is a difficult path from the get go. Plus like you said the same face, Agastya dying coz he was mistaken to be Surya are added elements to bring angst and troubles in the love story. The negative family and majboor male lead may not help. The above shows if I remember correctly had a very positive family who accepted this relationship and helped them navigate the marriage. Actually one of the shows main the male lead had a fiancé he ditched to marry the bhabhi to save her from social disgrace and to save his grandfather. She turned vamp lateron too. Isliye I see potential just not sure if the makers will get enough time to show a good story coz this will take time. Agar nai mila toh like Sharada said they will show a ghost Agastya coming to Imlie in a dream asking her to move on. It will be like she settled with Surya.

Is today the last day of existing cast shoot? The new cast is also shooting. Probably they will come after start of ipl

The story does have a lot of potential. Unfortunately Imlie writers are good at writing standalone scenes. They cannot weave a good story. Or rather they can’t assess well what works for the show.

Coming to the track, I can’t watch Imlie live like a maid again. Even if the whole Reddy family hates her, Surya should keep her like a queen.

Mami and the Chaudharys have mistreated her enough and just realised their mistake. They are finally giving her comforts of a home and family. She is not obliged to live as a maid in some other house.
