He showed them they mattered and this was the only way to do it. To tell those that had disrespected them that they would have to pay for their antics with their jobs!

I dunno, man, annoucing publicly that two people are fired and supposed to leave their workplace immediately is abusive and humiliating. All this could have been a termination letter with references to alleged "tyrant behaviour."

A fairly rookie female employee was fired on flimsy grounds simultaneously. This would open up so many wrongful termination cases in a regular corporate setting, no one would want to take up the HR headache. And yes a employee's self-respect should be prioritised by the employer lol. Job karne ka matlab beizzati sehna nahi hota. Goes for actors and crew both.

People get fired all the time. This is honestly in bad faith and vindictive.

I agree that it is humiliating to both but honestly they did do something that put the final nail in the coffin... You yourself think that they were asked to leave in 15 minutes ...no employer can do that until and unless there has been a ground of contract breach .... otherwise they would have been given notice period to complete it
