This is probably the first time in a while that I didn’t do any kamchori to come check the AT during the day.

Agastya’s death still feels like a thorn that I can’t remove, but I can’t punish the roses because of it. We still have Sai and Adrija’s performances to look forward to since they’ll be the only familiar faces left

I’ll try and make some edits some time soon, revisiting the contract era will be nice as well.

It’s true that Chaudhary family trp drama didn’t work.. all tracks were not well received. They brought in the various family tracks late into the story like Meera, kairi etc.

And all the important family tracks like rich boy-poor girl, bar girl, contract marriage reveal were handled poorly because the writers were more focussed in showing something else.
The writers made a lot of mistakes early on for the family drama. And when they wanted family drama, later, it didn’t work out.
I think that is why the family itself they are changing. Chaudhry’s have no drama..

Something just struck me…. The montage has a shehar ka pic in the background. Was this always planned or a coincidence? Will they move the story to the city??

Dadi did today what she does best.. force shaadi on Surya and Imlie by emotionally blackmailing them. Imlie was so shocked when Dadi said she wants to marry Imlie off to Surya. Arre usko recover toh hone deti before giving her a shock. She just recovered from a bullet injury.

Imlie made so much sense today. Surya is her devar, she loves Agastya and cannot replace him with Surya, that is just not possible.

Dadi also made sense today and I am somehow glad she cared for Imlie enough to do this for her. Imlie needs a life partner and cant live on Agastya ke memories. Dadi just wants to give Imlie a reason to live (it was really painful to see her disappointed when she woke up and fee she rather died).

Surya feels tremendous amounts of guilt and will not refuse Dadi. Dadi is also confident that Imlie will agree. Looks like Sai will again wear a dulha outfit for the Nth time and it will be a majboori wali shaadi. Pity wedding as Imlie pointed out lol.

So Surya made pyar ka saccha wada to Anjali while Imlie did sacha pyar with Agastya. They literally showed him ok to marry Binni 2 days ago. How are they justifying his relationship/ waada with Anjali. Kuch toh logic lagao makers. Please!!!

If they wanted Surya to be a full time end game, they should not have made him Telugu. He is literally playing similar character on his third show.

Aaj ka episode was really good. Keeping aside the fact that Agastya will not come back. The show is moving in the right direction.

I don't know whether I should be happy that Gul is fighting for the show and hence is doing the revamp or feel sad that with this revamp Surya - Imlie will be the end game and not Agastya - Imlie.

Today everyone made sense. Surya having guilt and Dadi making him give vaada that he will neve tell Imlie the truth of Agastya ka death. So chalo if the show survives IPL then we are going to have Surya - Imlie separation when the truth comes out.

So Surya has Anjali in his life. He made a saccha vada with her - Bhai where did the vada go when you were ready to marry Binni to make Imlie confess. Or is Surya going to say that he did take to the extreme because he was sure Imlie will stop the wedding somehow. Whatever. Looking at the bank - we might have the new family enter by Friday which is the first IPL match day. Let's see how the luck of the show turns.

Many shows have made a successful turn about after being given a notice by the channel. Here's hoping the things work out good for Sai and Adrija as both of them deserve the show to be on air for a little longer time.

Waise how is the Chaudhary family going to exit the show ? Is anyone from the family going to be retained. Is Sonali going to stay back. I don't care about Mannu bua, Shivani, Avinash, Chacha, Chachi or Alka. But I think they might retain Dadi and Sonali as these 2 characters would be the maayka of Imlie. Did we get any news regarding these 2 actors ?
